[C++] Drawing to GDI Memory Bitmaps

This small win32 demo shows how to use a memory bitmap to draw things off-screen and then blit them to a window for display.

Note that using a 32-bit bitmap will be A LOT faster than using a 24-bit bitmap, so use that format even if you don't need or use the alpha channel.
